First Example was Free Itemized Billing offered at their anniversary which was activated by warid without any request of customers and customers were charged afterwards Rs.50/- in the next month which also includes the charges of itemized billing for the month of anniversary which was claimed by them free. Moreover the normal routine practice should be that if some service is provided free of cost for trial that should be automatically unsubscribed on expiry of trial period. The option should be there that if someone wants to continue enjoying that offered feature, he should send the request. But at warid the situation is worst as they use to enable some features without any request from user and then start charging for that feature.
