Canada and the U.S. will be visited by the game console on 15 November 2013, while Europe, Latin America and Australia will get it on November 29. No Asian countries (including Japan as the country of origin Sony) are included in the release list. SONY MIGHT LAUNCH A VAIO WINDOWS PHONE IN 2014 According to an insider, Sony are apparently considering to launch a Windows Phone device and it might happen as early as mid-2014. No deal has been signed between the company and Microsoft though but if the deal actually goes through, the new Sony Windows Phone will be positioned under the company�s VAIO family which is currently serving Windows-based laptops to consumers. This particular report is quite interesting to say the least since Sony have been sticking exclusively to Google�s Android for that past few years when it comes to their Xperia smartphones. Then again, it�s not that Sony never had any fling with Microsoft�s smartphone operating system before; considering the fact that Sony Ericsson�s first Xperia smartphone was actually a Windows Mobile device.
