1. Take A Backup First {Recommended}.
2. Reboot Into Recovery.
3. Factory Reset Data > Wipe Cache> Format system > wipe data & cache > Wipe Dalvik Cache >

5. Again wipe cache and dalvik cache. ( dont wipe data again)
